Consult.Help provides an AI-powered consultation summarization tool designed for healthcare professionals. Our platform records, transcribes, and summarizes medical consultations into easy-to-read summaries for patient communication.

No patient data is stored or retained. All transcriptions are automatically deleted after each session.

The platform is intended only for licensed healthcare professionals and should not be used for personal medical documentation or storage.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use Consult.Help, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be a licensed healthcare professional or authorized representative of a healthcare organization

Provide accurate and complete registration details

Maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If unauthorized access is suspected, contact us immediately at info@consult.help.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to:

✔ Maintain responsibility for reviewing and verifying AI-generated summaries.
Users may NOT:
✖ Use the platform for illegal, unethical, or misleading purposes.
✖ Share, distribute, or copy content from the platform for unauthorized purposes.
✖ Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the software.
Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

Consult.Help operates on AWS secure servers and adheres to HIPAA compliance standards.

We do not collect, store, or retain patient data—all transcriptions are permanently erased after each session.

5. Payment, Subscription & Cancellation
5.1 Plans & Billing

Consult.Help offers subscription-based plans, including a Free Trial and Unlimited Plan.

5.2 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.

Users can cancel anytime via the dashboard settings or by contacting support.

No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time after cancellation.
6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consult.Help disclaims all liability for damages, including data loss, service disruptions, or unauthorized access.
